Right Foot Pain And Swelling

Question

I\'m experiencing swelling in my right foot from almost 3 years. I never had any pain n 3 years ago I also had a checkup from orthopaedic surgeon, he gave me some vit D n took my uric acid test which was normal. but swelling never ends, its a visible change in appearance of my feet. now from some days I\'m having pain too in the same foot. what could be the problem ?
