asking for my wife, she is diabetic, last month She had dengue but after the recovery she feels pain in this right hand.. after her recovery we had a random test of complete CBC but her Alkaline Phosphatase (Serum) is too much on the higher side.
our doc recommended us to take vit d3, after 1/2 dozes her pain reduces but some where the pain still exists in the elbow..
pl guide whom should I consult next ?

ma'am can you please confirm why she is having such issues routine wise.
while in dengue she got sevre vertigo. as it never happened earlier.
After our marriage she got diagnosed diabetic and then Corona and twice dengue also she used to tell me there was no health issue before marriage.
I am worried for her
it's been 5 years and it seems she is diclining, also note, she maintains her diabetes very good
as we are consulting doctors on this matter, diets is healthy she doesn't take sucrose fruits, don't take rice
