Talk to General Physician on Right Side DNS, Eustachian Tube Blockage

Hi Everyone, please help me

It's been 16-17 months since my ears are blocked. They get open with a puck sound and get closed right away. I went to 6,7 top ENT specialists of Lahore, they said you have right side DNS, surgery isn't necessary at the moment and your ears are perfectly fine however you have ETD which is not a big issue, and also has no cure since it's not an issue at all.

On the other hand, my symptomps are

Heavy ear pressure (80% on the right side) with throbbing pain moving towards the right side head, heaviness, fullness in the head, ear pops up and closes again with knocking/puck sounds. This pressure remains on the right side but shifts towards the left side for few hours in a 24 hour period. I am not able to focus anything because of this painful condition. My life has become miserable due to this condition. I can't focus on my job even on anything. Also, having major sleep issues too because of this

Please help me? what should I do,
