assalamualaikum I am experiencing right side moderate chest and shoulder pain from past few day I have 200 cholesterol level and 130 to 140 regular BP and I take coversam8/10 daily

Gall bladder ultrasound with liver scan.
Further detailed hx id needed. Consult online
W.assalam beta. Get an ultrasound whole abdomen done especially to see gall bladder to exclude cholelithiasis or cholecystitis. Meanwhile take simple painkillers like caflam etc.
Follow up with your ultrasound report. InSha'ALLAH.
