Talk to General Physician on Road Accident

I got slipped from the bike four days ago. I got injuries on my knee, elbow and some minor scratches. I have injected tetanus injection right after I fell down. They cleared my wounds. For one day I applied pyodine only, then from second day I start applying polyfax on it and start taking Cifaxamine 400 mg daily. I have taken three capsules so far in three days. Applying Polyfax releases white fluid which makes difficulty in walking. Now I have applied Polyfax in the morning and then in the night before sleeping I have applied Pyodine and clean the wounds completely. Now should I keep applying Polyfax or use cictarin powder?
