I started jogging 2 weeks back to reduce weight, everything was okay for a week, but then my leg starting to hurt. I kept running two more day then I checked it was a little swollen on the knee from the inner side. Both the knees.
I googled and found it was the runners knee, as I didn't warm myself up properly before walking and jogging.
Right now I am using deep heat at night before sleeping and wrapping my legs in knee braces. For medicine, I am taking an ibuprofen after the breakfast. Additionally using ice packs 3 times a day. It's been three days and I am feeling much better.
Still, it hurts a little when I walk or stand up. Also, since I live in building on 5 floors, it hurts whem i climb stairs.
Can you tell me the precautions I should take to cure this, please

U should check ur blood for Accp n uric acid n visit me to reduce me via Marham.
To reduce wt n any other problm of ur knee.
