it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
nebulise with normal sline 2cc and ipnib 10drops 3 time a day
if still not get better then visit nearby hospital
Nebulise with 2cc normal saline and 0.5cc/10 drops Ipneb. 3 times per day.
Give 2 norsaline-p drops in each nostril. 3 times per day.
If not improved then consult some nearby doctor.
