Scabbies Or Syphillis? Further Tests?

Question

Hello,

I am married male &amp; I had unprotected sex with some one else. Now I am having 2 sores on my penis. I got the following tests as attached. I was told by a doctor after physical checkup that this is scabbies. However, I didn\'t tell him that I had unprotected sex. I asked him if this is scabbies &amp; he asked me if I had sex with someone else, to which I lied &amp; said no.

My HIV test also came negative.

My question is what other tests should I get done to rule out that this is scabbies? I have already given blood culture &amp; sensitivity test as advised earlier and I am awaiting results for the tests.

Please advise.

Rapid plasma regain test RPR
TPHA

Thank you Dr sb.

I got VDRL/RPR tests done & results are negative.

Report is attached.

Also got Blood Culture/Sensitity report today. It says no growth after 5 days.

I earlier tested for TPHA & TPHA-Titer from AKU in May. I was tested negative.

Should I get TPHA test repeated?
