Talk to General Physician on Scabies

I took anti allergic I am ok after leaving it happen same problem doctor give me proper treatment of scabies I apply that treatment but after leaving anti allergic it also happen And the other problem is my sweat colour is yellow And when my sweat come out in my body... my body becomes irritate and itichy .. what is the proper treatment Should I use Neem leaves during bath???
