I am eating healthy and doing brisk walk and exercise daily from past 1 year And taking glucophage XR 1500mg dose in a day still my insulin levels are very high. I asked my doctor either change medications or change dose but she refused. What is the second opinion of doctor plz?
Ok , firstly u have to keep in mind that Ur sugar control is never assessed by insulin levels in blood rather it is monitored by fasting blood glucose levels n blood glucose levels 2hours after meal, that in ur case are not too high...to checkbwhether ur treatment needs to b altered, u can get ur HBA1c checked
