Having lot of secretion with blood. I got fever two weeks back, done my COVID test with negative result. What would be the problem to have blood in secretion ?

Dear patient amount of blood matters is it only a streak of blood or fresh coughing sometimes also cause blood streaking u should undergo so basic other tests first like test for tb (gene expert)and sputum take it serious and contact me on my profile with lab reports thanks.
