A patient having sepsis operated for ECF have septic shock and in comma, maintaining bp on support and on BIPAP machine. sepsis is bec of Klebsiella pneumoniae with colistin and Tegcycline as sensitive. The patient has severe ITP with WBC 45000. Can patient come back from comma and be treated for sepsis.
