there is some infection as semen is sterile but you have some infection that is treatable otherwise it is OK, just treat the infection. I hate to advise medicine through internet so visit a specialist physician

semen analysis is looked normal except for evidence of infection
if you had any other symptoms like burning during urination , puss in urine , or any ulcer at your genitalia site now or in past then contact a doctor
if not next plan will be depends on the time you are trying for a baby
if both of you are together for uninterrupted 12 months and are trying for the baby
then you should visit a gynaecologist with your wife
improve your life style as it will also help
quit smoking or alcohol use if it is may be a cause for your infertility
eat fresh fruit and vegetables
start a light exercise for 30 mint a day preferred if you can take part in some outdoor support
if your had some kind of stress use relaxing techniques easily available on internet videos in YouTube are meditation or namaz
yoga , some exercise etc
