Talk to General Physician on Serious Underlying Disease

Since 8 months, my nails of foot gradually have become blue.,..pink colours of nails have disappear...also now hands nails are becoming blue....also I m facing severe cold problem sine 1 month....as I felt very cold inside my chest and body....my legs and arms on touching are cold......plz diagnose why nails have become blue...
