My lo had a throat infection a week ago. We treated her with the medicines prescribed by the doctor. After 2 days of the throat infection she started compakining of severe stomach cramps n diarrhea. We had to admit her for the low fluid levels in her body. We did some tests and were told that she has anemia. I am attaching the reports please guide me if there is some serious problem.
Aoa . Anaemia does not cause diabetes. Need to know what antibiotic she/he was on some cause stomach upset .moreover some viral cause throat and stomach infection at the same time.anemia in child can be treated easily

Dear concern Your baby still have infection as reflected by reports. Moreover get her syp.Famotidine 1tsf before meals. Avoid oily food, if any.

Pediatric population prone to anemia, lots of causes , first get her treated for diarrhea, then give her treatment for anemia as iron supplements are not given in diarrhea. Better consult there any pediatrician there because child weight for age and nutritional status is evaluated there by pediatrician.
