Talk to General Physician on Severe Discomfort In Left Testicle And Left Thigh

Since last week I am feeling severe discomfort in genital area, more precisely in left testicle. It can not be tagged as pain, but severe discomfort and feeling like numbness. It starts from left testicle and radiates to thigh of left leg. It doesn't happen every time but most of the time especially after praying Nmaz (belly get bend) it is happening since last week. Sometime, discomfort increase too much during urination and also burning feeling during urination. (But it not happen always) I dont have infection and accident affecting genital area but still severe discomfort in left testicle.
