Talk to General Physician on Severe Fever, Worst Cough, Shivering, Chills

My fever with shivering and chills started 12 days ago and i started taking 2 panadols every 6 hours. But after four days condition was still same so i consulted a doctor and he started me on following anti-biotics:

1) Cap magnett 400 1+1 2) Tab barimox 400 (1) 3) Tab deltacoltril ec (3+3) 4) Tab Acicon 40 (1+1)

Condition was same again after four days then he asked to nebulise with clenil compositum 3 times a day. + 3 tabs of fansidar at once to rule out malaria but no luck.

after two days he asked for CBC, CPR and chest xray (attached) which he reviewed and started me on following injections:

1) Meronerm 1g i/v ( in 50 ml of normal saline) every 12 hours till 3 days 2) Hydrocortison 250 i/v every 12 hours till 3 days along with nebulize with clenil only.

I took one dose of injections and it was temporary relieve for cough but it again started and fever with shiver and chills are same.

Oxygen is 93.

I want a second advice please. These injections are too strong to bear
