Left side of the head has been aching since 3 consecutive days.
Took panadol within 6-12 hour intervals.
It&rsquo;s throbbing and nonstop.

Tab. Synflex-M or Sumoxen  one tablet now and one after 12 hours. (Pack of only two tablets available) This is for migraine. ... what about vision?                                                          If the pain wakes you up from sleep then you should go for CT Scan brain without contrast.

Assess yourself any lack of sleep or associated stress/ anxiety... look for any red alarming features like vomiting, pain on coughing or straining, early morning headache if yes then you take urgent consultation.
Meanwhile take Tab. Synflex 550 mg twice daily and Nuberol Forte twice daily
