Talk to General Physician on Severe Headache For 3 Days

I'm in dire need of assistance. I'm having a severe headache along with body aches for 3 days now. I was avoiding going to the hospital because of the current situation. Headache is so severe I can't move my eyes. My hands & feet stay cold. I feel a little nauseated when I drink water. But no vomit.

Also, I’m in Quarantine for about 2 months now. All the nearby clinics are closed.
