Talk to General Physician on Severe Headache, Nausea, Saans Ka Phoolna, Stomach Pain In Tiredness

Doctor mujhy 1 year pehly jhondics hoa tha, jhondics ka treatment hoa, 6 months bad jhondics ka test krwaya tou clear tha jhondics but I lose weight and weakness bht hogai thi, legs pain rehny lga. Wesy I am normal but when I go somewhere and comes back to home, due to tiredness or I don't know the actual reason, meri bht tabiyat kharab hojati hai, severe headache, nausea, saans phoolta hai bht zyda, stomach pain hota hai, kuch khaya piya nhi jata , kahlun tou vomit hojati hai, after vomit headache goes away and I becomes normal. Sbha uthun tou normal hota hai sb. Bohat sy doctors ko dikhaya hai but kuch smjh nhi aya. Ek doctor ny calcium, CBC, Vitamin D, stool H. Pylori and stool DR test krwany ko kaha, test clear aye sary, vit D bht kam aya hai (test reports are attached). Then doctor ny 600000 IU injection lgwany ko kaha tou meny lgwa lia . Lkn abhi bhi legs pain, weakness, or rat ko kahin sy b any k bd severe headache, saans ka phoolna, vomits ye sb problem
