Severe Neck Pain

Question

i\'m  45 Years Old  school Teacher and  it has been 1 month ago since i\'ve been suffering throu
gh Severe Neck pain , & it get worse while Rikshaw jerks. it feels like  needles or a tingling sensation going in Neck , it made me  waspish.
i attached some  Pictures which  indicates the Affected area .
i  am looking to consult with doctor who has been practicing orthopaedic , who can guide me through & help me to get rid out of this .
