Sir some kind of severe pain was occurred in my lower back while i was trying to pick up a fridge almost two months ago but that pain is still in effect in my lower back and creates problem whenever i bow or pick some kind of weight.

Do you have any numbness in legs or private parts. Is it stopping you from doing things you normally do and what work is it you do. Have you tried any treatments and have you had any tests done like back X-Ray or MRI scan. Once you provide information as asked above I would be happy to suggest some treatments.
