Talk to General Physician on Severe Pain On Left Side Of Head

Salam Dr. I am having a severe pain on left side of my head that leads towards the neck from 15 days. I feel like my nerves gonna burst and can feel heartbeat. Pain originates from backside of left eye and go towards neck. I consulted ENT specialist as before getting this pain i have had flu, chest infaction and fever (taken med for it and got fine) but caught with headache. So when he checked my BP it was too high at that time, i am not sure if headache is due to high bp or bp is due to severe pain. My lipid profiles are normal. Taking med for high bp now along with ponston forte, pain go away for sometime and then started again. Earlier the pain continued all the time, even none of the pain killer worked, but now with bp medicine, ponston forte works for some hours and then the same. I am still unsure about my headache reason and need suggestions what i do? Do i need to consult neurologist for headache or Cardiologist for high bp issue.
