Severe Rectum Pain, Hard Stool, Swelling Around Rectum

I am facing this severe pain since yesterday
have some earlier summary of such pain ( but it was healed on it\'s own in a day) to which i considered an outcome of constipation.

Kindly review the condition from the picture and tell me about my case and it\'s care
particularly at home since most of the hospitals aren\'t available right now except emergency

Looks like External Piles. Take tablets LAXOBERON 2 tablets in evening daily for Constipation. Apply TRONOLANE Cream twice daily. Consult a General Surgeon when available.

2 % nitroglycerine ointment. if there is consitipation then take syp duphalac 2tsf in night
