What tests have to be performed to check any STDs in pakistan, please name them? And if the persons HIV is negative does that mean he/she is safe?

HIV is only one of many STI.Other STI include chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Viral STIs include genital herpes and genital warts.In female vaginal discharge, bleeding itching or bleeding after sex or pain during sex can be the features for common STI.Usually these can be checked by vaginal swab.
As far as HIV test is involved initial test can be negative even after exposure so a negative test do not gaurentee that individual has no HIV virus .One needs to repeat test in 3 months if the 2 sequential tests are negative one can say one has not acquired infection after initial risk exposure.
condoms are the answer
protection /prevention is better than curse
so avoid the risk exposure if possible.

The case is the girl is divorced and jas second marriage now.. she's been married second time for like 3 years so which test should be conducted? No symptom is seen as such but it just clicked to her mind that she should have some medical test. Which test do you suggest?

I dont think theres need for any further testing.Thede tests can be done in any good lab by giving blood sample.You should consult a physician then.

you can add HIV antibodies, NAT for chlamydia, swabs for gonorrhea if complete STI assessment is needed otherwise i guess as mentioned above Hep B and C screening is more important as more prevelant .

Syphilis has many tests depending on stage of disease.including Treponemal antibody, FTA ABS, direct microscopy etc.Gonorrhea can be checked by C/S or PCR, Chlamidiya too
