I can't breath sometimes for straight 2 3 mins, bohat mushkl se ata baad mai bhi.. ive anemia. pehle ye problem kam tha but from the past 2 3 days yeh bohat zyada hogya hai and sometimes pain on left shoulder and arm.
CBC : check Hb and anemia severity.
ECG and CXR : if breathing difficulty or chest discomfort persists.
Check oxygen saturation (SpO₂).
Iron studies if chronic anemia.
Rest, hydration, and avoid exertion until cause is identified.
