hello doctor .. today while i was walkng in the market .. i had hurt my lower leg with traffic control pipes that are built in the roads ... that pipe was cut in half thats why it hurt me in to my lower leg .. altjough i was wearing jeans but i got hurt .. should i neet tetenus injection ??? nd much time after the injury is the unjection effective ??
