Shoulder Bone Dislocated In Accident

Question

one month before my shoulder ball dislocated in an accident i tool medicine that ended today but now daily at night and in morning my shoulder gets lock bit locks but restores movement after some workout , it pains as well at certain angles, kindly prescribe me some medicine .
