Assalamualikum doctor, buhut time howa tha mene koi game nhi khela tha, 2, 3 weeks hue mene cricket game khela tha ab both shoulders ke joints pe bhut zyada pain he abhi tak, Mene xray bhi keya wo normal he. Phle jb cricket khelta tha tu doo theen din bad pain khtm hojata tha but ab osi trh he. Elbow peche k trf turn krta hu to pain hota he. Please help me.

Bhut arsa gap k bad mne bs start se hi extensive hard cricket khela tu iski wja se yabi issue aya as a trauma.. Me ab pain kleye yahi jo apne brysk prescribe keya h yahi use krta hu jb pain ho, aur vitD medicine like chewcal etc use krha hu,aur rest.. Kya yeh sahi h?
