Talk to General Physician on Single Testicle

At teen age I remember that I had two testicles but maybe due to masturbation or frequent discharges, i lost one of my testicles, dont know weather it dissovled or flown out with discharge but there is a single one now. I am married and have children too, dont have any sex problems except early discharge. But I am worried if this one testicle problem need to be noticed or ignored.
