Talk to General Physician on Skin Acne , Dryness , Medicine Side Effect

Salam... I have visited Fakhar naseeb 10 days ago... He prescribed me Oratane 20mg, Arynoin (1 hour at night) , Clindamax (at evening) .. since using these my undereye get so so so dry that i can touch that part i feels like sand and red rashes slighty thick like mostiquto bites ajeeb se bharbharai hoa and very tiny pimple under skin means ajeeb sa under eye hogai ... Since yesterday i started using derma ve moisturizer .... There is no diff in my acne but my skin is dry and bharbharai especially undereye is so so badd ...... Is it normal after oratane or is this something to think and woried about ... i am taking medicine since 9 days
