Talk to General Physician on Skin Allergy Fungs

she has skin allergy 1 yesr old problem under breast . under abdominal curves...both sides of leg and all sensitive body pats ...are effected ..we are using cuts cream it gives some better result when we leave ot again same situation ....kindly advise proper treatment for funds allergy.
