Yes after 2 months. Only on one ear. The other one got better on its own.

Should I change or remove the jewelry or should I apply something?

I m sure it is keloid .is it painful to to touch.put some pressure on the swelling it will be painful

no no don't give any thing to your kid better just apply local steroid.have you any steriod cream tell me the name

may b she will need intralesional inj of steroid every month for four to six months total 4 to 6 intralesional steroid injection in four to six months.better to apply local steroid cream three times a day for four weeks.also apply some local pressure on the lesion
