Talk to General Physician on Skin Infections At Right Leg.

My father is suffering from a skin Infections at right leg lower portion from last 2 years. he have swollen on leg which never go away fully. he get medicines from many doctors but it's not cure properly. After every 2/3 months he get high fever (103 -104) and high blood pressure with felling coldness and after that his leg again swell and becomes red with out any pain but the temperature of effected portion of leg look high then other body. After above conditon he takes panadol and blood pressure medicines and with 2/3 every temperature come in normal arrange. But the leg portion remains same as above . then use of some prescribed antibiotics it's become little normal.. last time we gets check up from PIMS isblamabad. and doctors diagnosed it's as a recurrent cellulitis. We are using medicines over the month but it's not come in proper shape and size.. still there is a swelleon on it. can any body advise its proper treatment for its fully cureness.
