Feeling skipped or missed heartbeats, also known as palpitations, can be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress, anxiety, certain medications, or underlying medical conditions.

It's important to consult with a doctor to determine the cause of your symptoms and to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to your palpitations. Your doctor may recommend some tests such as Electrocardiogram (ECG) or Holter monitor to check your heart rhythm.
