I am a job person from last 10 year in morning (8-5). My sleeping hours are 12:00am to 7am But my question is if I want to sleep more hours in weekend days or somewhere else when we are in out station to spend holidays or etc I cannot sleep more than 7 hours I automatically awake after 7 hours of sleep which is max.. Is this good for health or any kind of sujjestions?

normal sleep for an adult is 6 to 8 hrs...so its ok....try to take nap after lunch 30 to 45 mints rest with eyes closed(if possible)....Qailoola....it would have countless benefits regarding ur overall health... mental health and even performance

but if you feel tired during the day you can simply rest or take a nap ..
it will energize you
