i feel sleepy all the day, and difficult to sleep which is only 2 to 3 hours but restless mujy body feel so much tiredness all the day

It’s because of hypothyroidism, once you’re thyroid level gets normal your sleep will be back to normal . Try to have some tea or coffee they will boost up your energy make you active .

Start building a healthy routine and take a 15 min walk if not take Tab. ALP 0.25mg before you go the bed.
