Talk to General Physician on Sleeping Problem/sleep Disorder

Hi everyone,, I was suffering from fever 15 days ago,, i took antibiotics as prescribed by doctor,, Now em unable to sleep properly,, my brain doesn't sleep all night from 8,9 days.. i hardly sleep for 3, 4 hours but not as good sleep,, Now doctor prescribed me prothiaden 25 mg 1 and lexotanil half tablet.. He told me this is anxiety,, plz help me in this case.. Should i take these medicines? or any other remedy? thnx

Try don't take any medicine Medicine you take next few days you need to increase the dose Regular you continue don't watch TV at night you feel relax InshaAllah you will get sleep
