My son is 2.5 years old and I work in evening shift. come back to home at 12am mid night. my son sleeping 3am and wakeup 1pm to 2pm. then nap 6pm to 8pm. i want to change his sleeping routine to normal but he is not sleeping earlier. please advise how can we change sleep routine

you should cut out his evening nap. Let him go to bed for the night at 8 pm. Give him a nice warm bath before his sleep time. Read him a book before bed time. Follow this new routine consistenly for a few days. He will get used to it in sha Allah.
Work on sleep cycle and your routine. Initially try natural sleep enhancers such as injeer and kishmish. Consult a doc for medication
