Aslaam Alai Kum sir I have sliding hiatal hernia and shoort breathing I take the all ppi and zantic this medicine is cure my all problem but Don't cure short breathing. I my holl body test is normal but gestoscopy show hiatal hernia. Can I do to help you surjary?and what is the rat of surjary ?

breathing is very unlikely linked with your gastroscopy findings .there is wk link of reflux to cause asthma-like symptoms but you would be better off to consult a good is not a very ideal treatment for your problem. and I agree with DR Iqtdar medication and mainly lifestyle modification are helpful
