Slight Abdominal Pain

Question

AOA, I am having sudden slight abdominal pain below belly button to the whole abdomen and urge to go to do frequent bowel but when I get up from the toilet after sometime 5 to 10 minutes it starts again and the cycle goes on, it has been from a week or so. What could this be please help.
