Talk to General Physician on Slight Fever And Sore Throat

AOA. I developed a slight scratching/discomfort of throat on 2nd June. It was very mild in nature. Then on 6th June I felt feverish and on checking the temperature it was found to be 99.4°C. I self isolated myself immediately. My temperature comes and goes and is usually within 98.8°C and 99.4°C. Never beyond it. I am fever free in the morning and during the usually develops after 6pm and is usually gone after a few hours. Same is the case with discomfort/slight pain in throat which is also intermittent. The symptoms are usually felt at night. I have not taken any medicines yet as my symptoms are manageable. I am taking Surbex Z, ginger and lemon teas. I have no other symptoms. I have a hx of allergic asthma as well. Should I go for a Covid19 PCR test or not? Also should I continue self isolation?(It's my 8th day of self isolation and 12 days have passed since the onset of symptoms)
