Small Lumps On Edge Of Anus

Question

There are 2 small lumps on right edge of my anus. Both are small and present for a few months. First it was one and now i feel two. Both are not painful and they are both soft. I feel them when i squat and touch my anus. When i stand up and touch my anus i dont feel them. What are they? And can i get rid of them with home remedies?

These are piles/ haemorrhoids apparently. Examination is necessary. Will need sclerotherapy/ injections or removal depending upon the extent of disease. Constipation is a common cause of this.
