I had a small scratch on my foot 2 days ago due to my sleeper. Now I'm having pain in it's surroundings and feel a little swelling as well. I tried to dry it with pyodine but did not work. What can be done?

Apply polyfax twice a day and keep it dry
Tab Augmentin 625 mg 1+1+1(5days)
Apply Fusidin cream twice a day
Tab Brufen 200mg 1+1+1( if severe pain)
Keep the wound dry
Apply bactroban three times a day .Avoid further itching
Fusidic H cream (1+1+1) for 5-7 days
Keep the wound clean and dry
Tab. Azomax 250 mg (1+0+1) for 3 days
don't use pyodine anymore.
keep it clean n dry
apply polyfax
n for pain take panadol
