Talk to General Physician on Smell, Dizziness And Headache

i have been feeling some kind of smell for a month like in toothpaste, banana, apple and burgers and in many other things or sometimes in air. it's something weird for me (I'm not married). i have headache like a sharp pain on the sides adn back of head, heaviness and in neck also which moves to shoulder sometimes like i sleep sometimes without pillow. (doctor said its cervical pain before 7 years) i don't take any medicine for this unless i get worse i take panadol sometimes just. i feel like dizzy while standing especially in salah i feel like I'll fall then i close my eyes for a while to back in senses again. please suggest me something.
