Talk to General Physician on Smell In Mouth

Sir bad smell comes in my mouth. When ever I go to my friends and I talk to them they say " please keep distance from us because smell comes in your mouth " . Sir My teeth are normal and my stomach is also normal. There is no problem to my stomach. My Stomach is performing well/best. But I don't know why the smell comes from my mouth although there is no stomach or teeth problem to me. Kindly suggest me that what should I do to remove this smell from my mouth. please. I can't book consultation because i study in 11th class Kindly help and guide me. please. thanks
