Talk to General Physician on Social Phobia

I have social phobia for seven years. For the last two years, I have used different anti-depressant pills. About a month ago, I started using fluoxetine. After taking it for fifteen days I stopped because due to rains I couldn't go to city to buy it's been about 5 days I m taking paraxyl CR 12.5 twice a now my urine is blocked.I have to sit for about 10 minutes and then there comes a little urine. I have also become very weak. Should I be takinger paraxyl CR or stop them?? I also had kidney stones in the past and have undergone lithotripsy and uretroscopy.

first go a good nephrologist discuss about any physical cause of ur problem and never start or switch medicines by ur own, go to good psychiatrist and discuss ur problem with psychiatrist u r just a boy can cop with ur problem.
if you have a history of kidney stones then the first thing you should do is get an ultrasound KUB. consult a urologist for this matter because of your history and it would be advisable as to not keep on switching your medication without proper psychiatric consultation.
go to urologist and rule out the urination problem it can be due to pathological cause like obstruction due to stone u have already mentioned previous history of stone.then conslt with your psychologst
