Assalamualaikum! My name is Ali Raza. I have a severe allergy due to which I have bad sore throat daily, watery eyes, blocked nose blocked ears and severe headache and heaviness in head and runny nose at times.I also feel facial pressure and heaviness around my nose. What should I do?

gold standard treatment is to avoid possible allergins .clearly symptoms are very much suggestive of hay fever or allergic rhinitis. Use steroid-based nasal spray like Nasonex or nasal drops betnesol for few wks and regularly use an antihistamine like loratadine or fexofenadine 180 mg once/day
