Spicy Food High Bp

Question

When ever I eat spicy food and heavy food I started feeling bad right at that moment may be light headed and uncomfortable and I check my BP right after it it get high and the feeling is very uncomfortable can any doctor guide me what can be the possible reason

it is not recommeded to check BP just after meals. so don't do it.  the possible reason for ur problem could be gastritis or reflux....  Consult online for further advice and treatment
