Can a type 2 diabetic use stevia? Instead of sugar? And flaxseed and barley flour mixed with wheat? Are these good options as compared to roti and sugar please guide for my dad and how much can a diabetic eat more of flaxseed or barley flour made roti as compared to saadi roti? And how much stevia should be consumed?

Dear pateint... Sadi roti can be used by diabetic pateint... The main thing is the medication which u r using... If u r using good quality medicine at right dose according to your body need then your sugar will b 140 after meals and 110 before meals.. It depends on the medication... If u r not satisfied with the medication u r using then i can prescribe you better medication for controlling the blood sugar according to latest American guidelines of diabetology...
